Has anyone been following the MOTO GP this season? I watched Sundays race again for the fourth time last night, what a cracker with Rossi and Lorenzo going at it until the flag.
As it stands there are thre riders all on 106 points. Rossi, Lorenzo and Stoner who are all in with a real show. Valentino is on 99 MOTO GP career wins and we should hopefully see him crack the 100 in the next couple of rounds. He would have to rival Tiger Woods as the worlds best sportsman over the last decade.
I have been hooked on this since the Wayne Gardener days and although generally not into motor racing love the MOTO GP. These guys are about 50kg with balls the size of coconuts.

You're joking right. I'm not just shit stirring here but it is my opinion that motor sports should barely be counted as sports. They're competitive races yes, but there is no athletic ability whatsoever. Bikes perhaps are more athletic than cars but its just splitting hairs.

A lot of sports take no athletic ability whatsoever - it's about the skill, not the atleticism involved

I love the moto GP,

Unfortunately I cannot keep up with them....and I fall off !!! I may be looking to get a Daytona when I get over but I hear the standard of driving is poor.

Something I will have to look at for myself when I get over.

My wife and I both enjoy the MotoGP. She's the revhead in the family. But very interesting championship. Going for Casey of course. It is surprising how fit these blokes really are.
