Here we go again im going to stay im going to go FFS, make a decision and abide with it. For me he can FUCK OFF he didnt want to sigm the contract already on the table for him which to me says that he CANT get MORE MONEY elsewhere so might as well stay with us as at least he is Captain. If he likes the club so much why is he SHOPPING HIMSELF AROUND.Just my opinion of course.

Who in their right mind want to leave the Hammers at the moment??? Great Manager and coach, excellent young players coming through, and stable ownership. Cant wait until next season.

Don't build your hopes up son - I've been there too many times. Expect mediocrity and you won't be disappointed

It also appears that Lucas Neill has had a change of heart and is set to sign a contract extension at the club. The 31-year-old Australian full-back, who is out-of-contract next week, had initially rejected the offer which involved him taking a pay cut. It was even announced on the West Ham website that Neill was leaving but he now appears to have agreed to the original terms which were offered to him.
IRONS!

At 31 and with not many seasons left in the top flight, I don't blame him for holding out for the best deal he can get, who wouldn't? He's stated publically that he wants to stay, likes the club and hopes an arrangement can be met.
If an agreement is met that suites both parties and he stays I'd be happy. If he does leave and we don't get in a specialist RB but we are expected to manage with what we've got, i'll be well fucked off.

Piss him off I reckon. Old slow, Prone to penalty potential challenges (even taking into account last 6 months of good form) & not willing to accept 4 mill for a season. Only changed his outlook when he realised no other bastards are going to offer him that sort of brass - FUCKIN' MERCENARY.

Lucas Neill is yet to find a new club, and is still hoping to be a Hammer at the beginning of next season. The right-back has a young family who are settled in London, but held out for more cash at West Ham, and found the club calling his bluff.
His (Irish-Spanish) agent Paddy Dominguez said:
"We will wait one week for West Ham to get back to us and if we hear nothing we will have to open dialogue with the interested parties from Britain and the continent," said Dominguez.
"Lucas would love to stay with the club and his young family is settled in London.
"But he has perhaps two top-class seasons left in his career and he certainly wants to know where he will be playing next season.
"Pre-season training will start soon and that is why we want an answer from West Ham as soon as possible. This is a big factor.
"Galatasaray are interested and they have been since last January but this is not about money (eh!?!??!?! - Ed).
"Lucas is open minded about the whole thing. If he eventually leaves the Hammers he would want to sign for a club that will challenge for silverware and be in a position to play in the Champions League.
"Lucas has been in the game for a long time and he would like to finish with a trophy or two."
Lucas, you should have accepted what was on the table, if you never earnt another penny you would still be incredibly well-off.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looks like no-one has really come in for him, so he's thinking of reconsidering our already over generous offer. I wish we would just sign some other bastard & give him the arse. Took money under false pretences for a majority of his time with us & only shone in last 6 months.
