Curbs banks on Parker return for Hammers
Last updated at 09:48am on 4th February 2008

Alan Curbishley believes Scott Parker still has a part to play for West Ham in their bid to qualify for Europe despite reports that the midfield player has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Parker, who signed from Newcastle for £7million last summer, has made just seven appearances in the League this season and now has a knee injury.
"Contrary to some stories I've seen," said the West Ham manager, "Scott will be back in about four to six weeks. He's had problems with knee injuries but he hasn't been ruled out of the run-in."

At least Curbishley welcomed back Craig Bellamy from a three month absence for Saturday's 1-0 defeat by Wigan
