'Curbs Out' all the time doesn't sound like much support.
I respect your opinion on the style of game you want to see. I want to see that too and believe Curbs can do it with the right team. Can't always harp on about Charlton. Everyone moves on and learns hopefully.
And I don't want to end discussion on this or other matters of differing opinions, otherwise I might get bored shitless.
Curbs in.

Dav,
I spose what I mean about "and if Curbs stays, like I've said before I'll support him cos he's our manager" is that I'm not naive enough to believe that I can do anything about the situation in reality. If Curbs stays, what can I really do?
Oh, I know, I could keep annoying you lot I spose
But seriously, I'm not whining just to wind people up, I'm genuinely concerned for West Ham under Curbs, that's all really

Curishley In for sure.
I think me, Davros and Paul are the only ones NOT taking crazy pills! Daves only taken half a pill, Deanos thinking about it.
Can't get rid of the man for coming steering us to a safe position this season and all this with the ridiculous amount of injuries we've had! Infact I think he's done a great job. I've said it before, there's isn't a manager in the PL could've done any better under the same circumstances.
As for the style of play, again, it comes down to the players available. We've been forced to chop and change players all year with absolutely no continuity. We've had to adjust player formations accordingly with many blokes playing out of position. Can't expect fluid play given the above. We were always going to have to grind out results, which is what we've done.
For the record, I was not convinced with the Curbishley posting, but he's achieved what I thought and hoped he would, which is bringing some stability to the club. I don't expect to win fuck all under him, never have. I suspect he'll be around for another season, two at the max, then he'll move on.
He will be around for next season so get used to it and judge him on the season to come 'cause I can guarantee you, the board will.
When he does leave, if the club is to genuinely move forward, he would need to be replaced with a tried and tested club manager who has won trophies elsewhere and this will cost money and a huge player investment. The big question is, is BG willing to cough up, without it'll be same old West Ham, not that that bothers me too much anyway.
Don't give me this Bilic, Di Canio bollocks for manager, how the fuck do we know how'd these blokes would go? 12 games in charge of a national side is not even close to the week in week out shit of the PL. Changing a manager with 17 years club management experience for someone who's had none, fucken do me a favour!

One win and you all wet yer pants
I think he'll last another season too, he may not have if we had lost last night though although I never expected him to be sacked on the spot if we lost to Derby. I'm happy we won last night, like when ever we win and we also showed some glimpses of the old fluid passing game at times which was encouraging, especially down the right. Had a shakey nervy part in the 2nd Half where I thought we may fold but we did ok.
I'm definitely not in the Bilic & DiCanio camp although I have said that Bilic looks like he could be in the frame for the managers job, should it arise. Contrary to all the international versus Premier league experience stuff he is supposed to be a very good coach.
Well done Curbs, credit where it's due, an inspired substitution in Cole and welcome back Scotty Parker, he looked the shite last night, ran his bollox off and crunched everyone off the park with his tackles, real Bonzo stuff.
I think he should be captain, personally, but don't think it'll happen unless Neill is sold.

First Upson for captain because he had some good games. Now Parker. Who next, whoever plays well? ffs.
Let's concentrate on getting a creative midfielder and fixing our injuries and it will sort itself out.
Reports indicate the Neill thing is just a paper journo stirring shit up. Hope doesn't happen.
And whilst ranting, the booing of the team especially after winning is deplorable. It is shameful and embarrassing and does nothing to help morale. I think there were many that wanted us to lose to try to get rid of Curbs. Don't think that helps much. I don't necessarily include people on this forum of that although some may wish to state otherwise.
