Gutted, sounds like a good day out, but we've other plans I'm afraid.

You've had the chance to look at what we all think of our season Trev, give us a summary of your team and the manager.

A very bad season. Typical Boro playing Man Utd and arsenal off the park and losing to Cardiff and Bolton. We are in desperate need of 3 Quality midfielders and maybe another forward. Southgate has been very poor so far, but Steve Gibson is very loyal, and will give him 1 more season. But the poor fans have to put up with novice managers learning there trade, which usually means 2 frustrating seasons. I just hope we can beat Sunderland on Saturday and raech safety. We are playing some great football at times but only in short spells. against Bolton in the 1st 20mins we should have scored at least 5 golas, it was some of the best football I've seen the Boro play in years, but then we ran out of ideas and get frustrated, and resort to the long ball game. I still haven't got over the FA Cup defeat against Cardiff, which was the worst Boro performance i've ever seen, and I've seen some bad one's over the last 40 years. roll on next season
