I think the scale of the pig n whistle is much bigger than that of the Hakoah in terms of different supporters - as you say you monopolise the venue. On match nights you can have many supporters from a multiple of clubs as all 5 Viewers choice games are shown simultaneously and it is THE place to watch football in Brisbane.

agreed, the two situations are chalk and cheese...simultaneous games & fans makes for a lot of tension and baiting (including via songs) and I applaud Dave's initiative in working with the Pig&W to lay down a code of conduct and for taking responsibility for our guys when he is there.

He said he's been on here. In all honesty I think he's a nice lad from the conversations I had with him. He did tell me his name but it's gone from my memory. Like I say he's welcome back if he's learnt his lesson which I think he has. He made a mistake, was a bit silly but if he doesn't do it again he'll be fine. You can get away with that kind of thing in England but we have to share the pub with these guys every week and we need to respect each other - there will be a time when we're behind in games and I don't want other fans getting in our faces.

Yeah dont remember seeing the guy or seeing the incident, mainly because it happened while our game was on so I was glued to the TV.

come to think of it we were really behaved compared to last, just got to keep that going.

I know when I spoke to the lads pre season I was reminded of the do's and dont's for this season, was great to hear us all agree on the rules with no complaint.
