Greetings All,
Just wanted to let you know that myself and Papa Beex (A.K.A The Silver Fox) shall be returning to the the mother country in 3 weeks time for the "Old Queens" (Mum's) 70th.
This is my first time home since arriving in 1992 and is a bit of a personal triumph for me after having such a big back op last October. If you'd have told me I'd be on a plane going to England just over 6 months after having the op I would've roared my sack off as loudly as Spurs saying they're gonna win the league.
Of course I'll be paying homage to the 'ammers and will take as many photos as possible and post them up on here (including evidence of Pie & Mash eating, which I know is obligatory)
Thanks for all your support and larfs on this forum, it's all been an integral part in the healing process and hopefully I shall return from Blighty as the drinking machine I once was and can get down the Pig regularly next season with the best bunch of blokes in Oz.
You shall definitely all be with me in spirit when I meet up with a whole load of mates (90% gooners) at an Arsenal bar in Basingstoke. I shall walk in proudly wearing our colurs and continue to shove them right up their arse all night!
Catcha later,
Si
PS - I'm going to West Ham on Thursday 23rd July. If any of you UK boys fancy a pint, would be lovely. PM me wiv yer mobile number and I'll give you a bell when I arrive.
PSS - If any of you lot want me to get you anything from the shop, again, let me know? (within reason, 23kg limit and all that!)
PSSS - I'll also be writing a blog of everything else I'm up to here at http://tingcron.blogspot.com/, we're only there for 2 weeks and everyday is booked up (including going to Madstock to see Madness, just pressing me skanking trousers as we speak!)

I drove past your old man the other day walking on creek road. He was obviously walking to the shop or something. :-)

Have a good time. I'm going in again August for 2 weeks - can't wait. Shame you're not going a bit later then we could've gone to the hammers together.

I might book the day off of work for this, I have a couple of mates in the City who I can catch up with at the same time.

Nice one Trick.
We're gonna stay overnight (Weds) at the West Ham hotel and in the morning they're said gonna show us around the stadium.
Then we'll go to the pub, then after we're treking off to Loftus Road so Dad can pay homage to QPR (quarter pound of rubbish)
Like I said, PM me your mobile and I'll give you a bell.

Nice one. Ain't been back since '92! Fuck me Beexie that's a long time! I'm sure you'll enjoy the trip and as you've indicated, to be in a position to be able to make the trip is a triumph in itself. When are you back?

Begs, we're only popping over for 2 weeks but everyday is booked out. Got a lot of catching up to do.
Actually I was watching a doco on Google Video about the ICF and although I wasn't in the ICF, it was right at that time that I was going to lots of games and it brought back all the memories of the cops shoving us around like cattle and chasing through the tube stations. I also remember me and some mates going to the Charity Shield at Wembley wearing Claret and Blue kilts! Fuck knows why? Maybe Mum has the snaps? If so I'll post 'em up

Glad to hear it.
I'm pleased to feel 45 again rather than hobbling around like a 75 year old so I spose it's all relative hey ;)
Got some big nights out to catch up on!
