We never get anything against these blow ins, but the worm has to turn sometime, doesn't it? Hopefully they'll be thinking about the Chumps league semi next week and we can surprise them. Heart says 1 all but head said hiding.

2-1 to us but must keep really tight on Drogba as he's on fire right now. Nobes(pen), Tristan

Don't know how we didn't get a point from that. Had a feeling the pen would be saved but fuck me. We reallllllllly need a striker, had a few glorious oppurtunities and didnt take any of them. Fuck i hate Chelsea. Now what those cunt yids will somehow win tonight and well fall down to 9th.

Main problem for me is that we can't hold in midfield, we seem to be missing the presence of Berahmi and Parker to hold the ball. Defensively, I think we are sound, and of course there is the striker situation - was.....whats his name......whoever scored against villa......was he even on the pitch?

Men against boys. Thought we were shite. They didn't even break a sweat. We couldn't string 2 passes together. Dreadful. Nobes, local boy bollox, get him out. Nothing to do with the pen. He's just not good enuff. Very disappointing (understatement)

Noble was more concerned about his celebration than the actual penalty, He has missed the last 2 he's taken now. I hope Zola tells him that he'll find someone else to take them. We should have got a result we had far better chances than them. There goes our Europa league spot and probably Upson. Lampard is still a cunt.

I've seen alot worse performances than that.

To be fair to nobes, it wasnt such a bad penalty. Right into the corner and on most occasions that would have gone in.
Anyway who else can take the penalty... Tristan?!?
Noble hasnt had the best of seasons but to say that he should leave is completely over reacting imo - he could potentially be another carrick or lampard that we sell on and ends up becoming a worldbeater. I think we underestimate his influence also - there was a period this season where he was absent and i recall this co-inciding with a terrible run of form... when he came back our form picked up again.
He has the ability to play the killer ball and although it doesnt always come off hes the closest thing to a creative midfielder we've got.

Agree with Clark17 about Noble we have to rememer that we are minus Parker,Behrami and Collison and believe that when they are avail Nobes will not be first string but we have to have him for when one or more of them are injured.Overall this season i believe that he can hold his head quite high.
Cant say the same for Tristan (what a donkey) or DiMichele we are so short up front and need some real depth here send both of them back to where they come from and start working on Sears and Nserko and Junior.
